Explanation of Fees:

•All catering services will also be charged 7.5% sales tax unless a sales tax exempt form has been provided.

• A plate charge of .65¢ per person will be added to the food cost if plates - china or silver - glasses and silverware are desired.

• Server charges are not included in our costs itemized on the prior pages. Server charges are $2.00 per person with a minimum of $50.

• Bartender fees are $25 per hour with a minimum of $50.

• Kitchen carving station attendant, pasta station attendant fees are $50.

• A server gratuity of 18% will also be added to the bill.

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. All fees and charges are due upon the day of services. A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required for any incidentals on the day of services.

• Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit any deposit paid. All other cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation fee.
